Recommend your marginalized peers to job postings, positions, and cool things that you think they'd be great in. Build your lists. Be ready to direct folks to profiles, portfolios, social media accounts, etcetera. Check yourself at every turn. Have you enclosed yourself in a white bubble?

What has the potential to be transformative were things like Big Bad Con's Meet & Greet, or the Meet & Greet that occurred at UKGE 2025, or the POC Mentorship Program at GenCon. "But I don't have the capacity for that stuff!" Maybe so, but you might surprise yourself over the things you CAN do.
