my (tiny) block's vigil for Alex Pretti had 50+ attendees it was dark, the temperature was -20 we lit our candles, and stood together, and cried frozen tears, comforting one another until we couldn't stand it.

Tonight, my Minneapolis neighborhood gathered on street corners and in our local park to mourn Alex Pretti. This is our FOURTH vigil in eight months. No community should have to go through what we're going through.
