ok so i got a second toughbook cf-20 (i'm not addicted you're addicted!) and this one has a smart card reader on the back but more importantly that reader module also has a large empty hollow space in it that lines up with the hollow space in the PC itself so i can definitely fit a lora module there

got my first laptop with an IR facial recognition camera and its so cool, it just works with linux and now (apart from the LUKS password) i can just vaguely glance in the direction of my laptop and it gets unlocked, that's so cool obviously less secure but my security model is "AFU = exposed" sooo

they should make a cybiko-shaped lora communicator that works over reticulum and has all the cybiko features (and an open-source firmware and an SD card slot so that you can add your features too), it'll be an instant hit imo
