my favorite part about this weird gay moral panic article is how it sneaks in bits proving the premise of the article is factually inaccurate, but continues on anyway citing rumors from anonymous sources as "proof." the problem with silicon valley isn't the presence of gay men, it's fascism.

Often in my speeches, I say how the best activism rarely looks like activism. It looks like doing something you love and bringing it to others. When they connect with you in that way, it creates a sort of cognitive dissonance that can actually change hearts and minds.

A new paper shows that less than 2 months of exposure to Twitter’s algorithmic feed significantly shifts people’s political views to the right. Moving from chronological feed to the algorithmic feed also increases engagement. This is one of the most concerning papers I’ve read in awhile.
