I have a multiple imputation question. I'm imputing values for a continuous variable on a 0-100 scale. It's highly skewed and zero inflated but not a count. The imputation model does a pretty good job capturing the distribution BUT it tends to impute some negative values, which are impossible. 1/2

Any ideas? I can get software (R plus Blimp, an imputation program) to run on one node of an HPC, but not the other. 1. I use a container so it's not a package version issue. 2. The nodes use the same version of Linux 3. The slurm is the same so it's not resource allocation. 1/3
