I want organizers to be as excited as I am about the phase shift happening on the web right now. If we nerds can help the organizers see what we're seeing, which is the potential for a systemic overhaul of the web as we know it, the organizers will understand what they can ask us to build for them.

What are your favorite visual critiques of software? On my mind right now are: 1. "The long tail of user needs" 2. diSessa's monolithic apps vs computational media 3. (a recent favorite by
@todepond.com
) "wish these apps could talk to each other"

Playing with this idea of integrating
@smallweb.run
with atproto. Current design: you install an atproto app, which regularly publish your smallweb apps as atproto records using crons. It will also exposes xrpc endpoints. Then, I'll create an appview which aggregates and present those records.
