couldnt fall back asleep so i did this removed the folding, didnt find it to be useful left some way of making each NSID authority distinct

Blobs are now loaded directly from the PDS, no more bsky CDN They are not automatically loaded in the jetstream view, or while previewing records on the collection page, only in the record view, to keep load on PDSes reasonable

little change: PLC logs are now their own tab, and there is a submenu to export the repository and see jetstream events for the repo so they're easier to find

Handles are now validated in the identity tab of the repository page instead of the navigation menu, this allows multiple handles to be validated if present

i made her thiccer and more responsive (but it's a work in progress) there is also a new PDS view with info but let's be honest that's gonna be useful to like 2 people out there maybe mostly, this is helping me down the road to keep the UI more consistent and less `w-[22rem] sm:w-[24rem]` everywhere
