I did something yesterday that I've not done in a very long time. I wrote a FORTRAN program. Not a long one, just 45 lines, but I was pleasantly surprised that it came back very naturally. FORTRAN 77, of course. None of that weird "I wish I was C" FORTRAN 90 stuff. With FORMAT statements, too!

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts. Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

It’s not about drugs. If it was, Trump wouldn’t have pardoned one of the largest narco traffickers in the world last month. It’s about oil and regime change. And they need a trial now to pretend that it isn’t. Especially to distract from his sinking under Epstein and skyrocketing healthcare costs.

If this was about drugs why did Trump just pardon someone convicted of trafficking 400 tons of cocaine into our country?

Trump says we need to go after drug cartels. Meanwhile, he disbanded a DOJ task force that took them on. And he pardoned a former Honduran president convicted of drug trafficking. Trump doesn't care about drugs — he wants to be able to declare war on anyone he labels an enemy. It's a power grab.
