The owner of MSG and the Knicks compiled this kind of second-by-second surveillance of a trans woman while they were in the arena. They're doing this at all venues owned by James Dolan of perceived enemies. Crazy, crazy shit.

If you paid taxes for 2025, you likely paid: $124 — school lunch & nutrition programs $49 — diplomacy to prevent wars $19 — USPS $19 — Federal Aviation Administration $18 — national parks and $4,049 — weapons and war. These priorities are hurting us all. We need change.

An alert from Denver’s ShotSpotter gunshot-detection system prompted police to swarm a Montbello woman’s 70th birthday party with guns drawn and detain Black partygoers for close to an hour — even though the alert was 20 minutes old, for a neighboring address and was likely triggered by fireworks

The main thing wrong with the deal that Obama negotiated with Iran, is that a Black guy did it.🤷🏿♂️ That's it. When I say that racism is expensive, this is what I mean. I'm not being metaphorical. I mean there is a direct, financial penalty that white people pay for the joy of being racist.

One of the reasons I spent over 14 hours in zoom caucus & assembly these last eight days is that I think Colorado is in a position to send a message. This state was purple when I first moved here. We elected Cory Gardner to the Senate in the first handful of years. A lot of my reps were red.

Strongly recommend this excellent piece. It actually understates the US failure: Brazil and S. Korea aren’t outliers. Quite the opposite. Since 2010, 31 democracies have convicted or banned leaders from office. Accountability is the democratic norm. America is the sole outlier.
