My asthma is well controlled, but I used to get at least one cold every year that led to weeks of wheezing and hacking. Imagine a better parking enforcement approach: Safety first: Focus on enforcing parking that results in major safety issues (ex: blocking crosswalks, bike lanes, visibility at intersections) Problem solving: How to fix people chronically parking in wrong place? Bollards? Load zones? Curb bulbs?
