This doesn’t mean asking the person if they are fawning & asking them to be “honest” This means looking at yourself & your actions. What are you doing or enabling on your end of the relationship that your comfort is such a high priority over their systemic & personal safety?

“I take care of my disabled loved one & they don't ask me to mask” Well yes, 1) you, the more abled person, have more power in that relationship, 2) they need you & know that your whims determine their care, 3) If they did ask you to mask, would you treat them the same?

This is the kind of future that would encourage me to actually go outside more. I get an aesthetically awesome mechanized chair that comes with built-in shade and snacks? Yes, please.

I live in CA where all registered voters get a mail in ballot; I stopped using USPS to post my ballot during the first trmp term. I vote early, and take it directly to the election office. Not even the ballot drop boxes, I hand it over to someone in the election office. Paranoid you say?
