NZers: if you're over 45 and haven't had a TDAP (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccine in the last 10 yrs, you're due for a free booster. We are in a pertussis epidemic currently, which tragically has recently caused the death of a baby, so it's a good time to boost your immunity.

I need projects in my holiday. This year I digitised grandma's cookbook so we can all have a copy and cos it's fragile (and because I borrowed it & have to return it to a cousin). She started it in 1947 (when she married), and used it for about 60 years! And now we can all make Heavenly Pie.

Don't let anyone gaslight you into thinking that standing against genocide is being against a particular ethnic group of people. Standing against genocide is simply pro humanity. There are enough horrendous diseases and accidents that take us humans out without us turning against each other.
