FOLKS IN MINNEAPOLIS: SAVE all videos & photos from today. They will be valuable to prove the ICE agent --- who had time to move & re-position himself to the side of the victim's car to shoot into the driver's side window --- was not in reasonable fear of imminent serious physical injury or death.

There is no legal justification, whatsoever, to use military force against a NATO ally like Greenland. If any military member participates in this without congressional authorization, they are following illegal orders.

MPD Chief says the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension would be responsible for bringing state charges. Another official added: "We are making sure that there is some kind of local entity that has a part in this investigation for the purposes of transparency."

ICE policy requires the use of bodyworn cameras. Video should be available from every agent who was involved in the death of a citizen in Minneapolis.
