It's National Illustration Day, so... Here's a lithograph of a film set by Phyllis Ladyman - from Puffin Picture Book 'Living Pictures' (1950). The book is an intro to the world of film for kids with explanations of how films are made and projected. It’s wholly covetable for film-loving adults, too.
