Though blanketed in comedy, the real story of what women had to experience and suffer through in the workplace was overlooked. I deleted some pictures today. It took me 5 years to get to that point that I deleted some photos without it making me cry/ or some type of trauma response. It's the small victories. We must celebrate them more than ever.

This month felt like several decades to me. I'm not the same person before this month started. I don't even physically look the same. I guess it's good though. Gentle ( consented) hug or vibe to you .

I worked for UHS and they can fuck right off. This company is evil, evil, evil. It was last straw for me to leave my career and never ever go back. I refused to participate in this mess that has been happening for the last 15 years....

Trusting my gut, especially with people. I have a higher accuracy than I thought. Not only did I grow from this, it saved my life. Don't ignore your gut.

So things might get dicey so here's some advice if you want to take it: now is a really good time to explore shelf stable/ easy batch cooking options. In hard times,beans & rice have been a life saver for me.If you have dietary restrictions, now is the time to explore affordable options if possible🧵

I understand the difficulties especially if you have children. It's very scary.But I was also taught from my family who have been through this several times:Don't take it.Stay. Bullies scare so that long-term they don't have to take care of you.Plus,it's a mark on your reputation for some employers.

His writing and my highschool class forever impacted my world view. Stories and education is important.

That money could have fed people, especially kids. It could have helped homeless vets that need resources. It could have funded research for genetic disorders like mine. Instead it funded a lower than mid birthday party while the real phallic monster & his ghouls kill many innocent souls.
