Our HOA election is happening and a husband and wife each emailed (separately) asking about the platforms of the candidates and their qualifications for the roles. There are 9 candidates and 9 board spots. The qualification is being willing to fill the role. That's it.

The purpose of this is to scare people away and deter them from applying for visas, green cards, and citizenship. A malicious agent can make you fail the citizenship interview. Now there will be people who can arrest you and charge you with fraud for a mistake on the form or error in the interview.
