Saddened to hear about the passing of @williambwest.bsky.social. I’d known Will online for years and had podcasted with him a handful of times. Last year had the pleasure of meeting him in person with these fine folks and it was a delight. He was a good one. My heart goes out to his family. ❤️

Project Hail Mary is a blast. Gosling joins the pantheon of great solo acting performances.

The second episode of the fourth season of INVINCIBLE was a total banger. Finally getting to see the Viltrumite Scourge, done that artfully and at that scale was something else. Just terrific sci fi. A must see folks.

Nice little surprise to see Brian K. Vaughn creator of Saga and Y: The Last Man credited as co-screenwriter on Dune 3.

Finally got to see the sixth and final season of SOLAR OPPOSITES. Terrific stuff. Very satisfying conclusion. What a gem of a series. Feels under appreciated. I’d love for there to be more but if this is truly the end I am pleased. Nicely done @mikemcmahan.bsky.social and crew.

Caught a screening last night of GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN, DON’T DIE. It is completely mad. Like a mix of Black Mirror and Everything, Everywhere, All At Once by way of John Carpenter or Joe Dante. Bonkers.

The Rock is legit great in The Smashing Machine.

The Muppet Show sure did hit the spot.

WONDER MAN is straight up a great TV show. It’s a smart buddy comedy about Hollywood. It luxuriates in character and performance (Ben Kingsley is doing elite level work here). It feels more AppleTV (a la Shrinking) than MCU.
