The actual reason I did this: I’m short and my road fit is low so I have a very closed hip angle, which leads to 2 issues: 1. My thighs tend to brush my ribs when I try to get lower and this is annoying. 2. My hip mobility has decreased a bit and that hip angle was getting uncomfortable.
