I had a great game of Old World - my Dwarves took on the Vampire Counts. As often happens, I was outmanoeuvred and my shooting was lacklustre, but once in combat they just couldn't break me and I ended up with an unexpected win.

I painted a 40K World Eaters Lord on Juggernaut recently, using Heresy colours. I really enjoyed the change of pace and in particular experimenting with different types of blood spatter. I used watered down Blood for the Blood God around some of the recesses, and flicked some on with a toothbrush.
