According to DHS, about 3,000 ICE and federal agents are operating in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. THREE THOUSAND! The entire Minneapolis Police Department only has about 580 officers. This is outrageous and unnecessary. Our tax dollars are funding this abuse, so it’s happening in our name.

Selling pardons is a quintessential act of corruption. This is criminal behavior and should be prosecuted (which is why John Roberts’ heinous immunity decisions was such a disaster). We need 1) impeachment; 2) a new law authorizing criminal charges against lawless presidents; 3) a new Supreme Court.

Very curious what the long-term ripple effects of this ICE occupation will be. Many very privileged people have stepped up to prevent their own government from disappearing their non-white neighbors and have now confronted inequalities and social problems they never would have experienced firsthand.
