Some thoughts on Zach Polanski turning out to be rather good at this politics lark. 1. By raising issues like wealth tax, and Brexit, he has not so much shifted the Overton Window, as re-opened the awkward loo window that over-looked the garden, but has been rusted shut for the last decade

Always remember ... Brexit was simply the first salvo in a Putin-backed attack upon the West. The same battle is now being fought throughout Europe. If the UK turns its back on Brexit and rejoins the EU, it will be seen as a victory for the whole of Europe against the rise of fascism. Pick a side.

The WH is laughing at Republicans in Congress, because they know they’re dog walking them. Trump’s top advisers joke about ruling Congress w/an “iron fist.” Bannon compared the GOP-controlled House to the Russian Duma, a ceremonial rubber stamp. They’re Trump’s puppets, and everyone knows it.

It’s a sad reflection on the quality of British political life that when Russia wants to buy influential mouthpieces the best they can get for their money is the pitiful shower of third rate grifters, spiteful bigots, and barking nutters who represent Reform UK.
