It makes me sad to think that… like… one famous person hearing and then sharing my album would do infinitely more to get people to finally listen to it than any work I do, any money I spend, any painful self-promotion It would take just one person to change my life. And that’s hard to deal with.

What does it say about the new album if I can’t tell if this is real or satire?

I have been unable to stop listening to Untitled 1 by Interpol for the last few weeks despite not really liking the band and never previously liking the song when I’d come across it. I wonder why.
