Love this book. Primary source, great for research in Victorian era. (The full texts are free on gutenberg (legally so btw).

My evening has been reading up on early 19th c London sewers and the Thames and downloading Henry Mayhew's London Labour and the London Poor from project gutenberg. I will be paying close attention to the sewerage section in Volume 2. 😆 (Research for Genesis (Caul)).
