I may be happily hetero and cis, but trans people have been a part of my life for most all of it. My parents obviously didn't QUITE know what to think about their trans friends, but it was always presented to me as just one of the ways people can be.

I just received a cat gift I'd never previously gotten. The large cat decided suddenly to jump off my chest and in so doing, clawed my nipple with one of his dull, hind-claws. Hard enough to bleed. Can't say as I'm a fan of the experience.
