Having several feeds that display different versions of my #atproto timeline is great. But there’s overlap between them so I often see the same post several times. Is there a way to mark posts as ‘read’ when scrolling past so they can be omitted from other feeds? Maybe a different #bluesky client?

First reading about the idea of an #AI “underclass”, I naturally assumed they were talking about people becoming too reliant on it. But no, lol.

Finally needed recursion in the wild and actually remembered how it works 😌 #gamedev

So I found out, and it was in fact a really bad idea! Vibbles are completely independent, each with their own view of the world, built from listening to messages. Having to parse & memorise the state of every single location independently works for a small test grid, but doesn’t scale at all…

Still the only thing it really does is generate random midi notes

Working on a new feature today: Locations. Soon, #vibbles will exist & move in a 2D space and I'll be able to visualise them. Decided to treat locations as independent actors that manage their own state, accepting and denying move requests. Not sure how good that idea is, let's find out. #gamedev
