Y'all, im dying over here. I was looking at my tank, ya know, and saw something. It was crawling on the glass pretty fast and was about a cm long so decent size! Im staring at it trying to figure out what it was, when it flew away. It...flew...away. My brain broke for a min. it was a moth.

I can now play 3 songs on the kitty cat drums, and I have to admit, I am pretty proud of myself. I have been playing for precisely 1 month today. The basement is henceforth known as the kitty cat cave to frame it more as a cool edgy music space, and not a spooky philly basement/ art supply closet.

Now I lay me down to sleep, i pray the lord my soul to keep... That shit was creepy as a kid. Its like some Death Metal lyric. Glad thats over with.

Update on the baby bladder snails in my tank. Most of the time they're hiding and i can't see them. Managed to get a couple pics this morning. Ive seen the shrimp investigate them but they leave them alone over all. I don't think its quite the 'snailsplosion' i thought but there are a few in here.

Tank update for today. Algae is starting to take over. Lots of food for Herbert and the shrimps. The pothos is starting to root like crazy, and I can actually start to see some new growth on the Java moss. Herbert still bulldozes the Ludwigia most days but it's still doing ok.

Bigger purchases require a bigger screen. Its just logical.
