Minor grad school vent-my prof got sick in the last few weeks of my class. She’s submitted final grades on our last two papers (55% of total grade) with no feedback & 100% for many of us. While I’m not complaining about the grade, but I worked really hard on those papers & it all feels pointless.

I think a lot of people don’t understand that what they learn in K12 (especially K5/6) mostly isn’t really history - it’s civics and national identity and has very little to do with understanding our complex past. But a lot of people cling to that first framework pretty fiercely.
