For a couple years in my teens, I lived near a Kimberly-Clarke mill in Nova Scotia. It didn’t follow environmental regulations (but the government let it slide for 30+ years), polluted the water and lead to high rates of cancer, not just in people, but also in pets, livestock, and even wildlife.
