it may not be a Great Documentary but “it’s never over, jeff buckley” pretty much wrecked me

well Honey Don't was essentially a movie made in a lab to appeal to me specifically so it shouldn't be a surprise for me to say this but: I enjoyed Honey Don't! a weird and fun little flick 👍

I had heard some buzz about Lurker and wanted to catch it while it was still in theaters. Spent the first half of the movie in my usual state of anxiety around movies that involve insecure dudes being awkward, and then everything ratcheted up and I spent the rest of the movie barely able to breathe

David Strathairn is so extraordinary in A LITTLE PRAYER that seizing the moment of its release to walk with him through his amazing, illustrious career for @letterboxd.social made a world of sense. He was so present and thoughtful in this interview. Grateful for his time, his insight, his grace.

Just watched “It’s Never Over, Jeff Buckley”. So tragic that he left us so young, yet he left us with a piece of perfect art. His album Grace has spoken to me at so many moments in my life. We humans hurt each other a lot…but sometimes just one of us gives the entire world a gift that lasts forever.

Just saw East of Wall. You might think it’s a horse-girl movie and you’d be right. But it’s not the horse-girl movie you think. The “actors” (mostly people playing themselves) were amazing but the cinematography is off the scale. Just beautiful to LOOK at. Great flick.
