Just had meeting with kiddo's school. She has been fully supported, treated with full equality & dignity for years. All of that changes from September. Full segregation & humiliation across the board. The school staff cried in the meeting. This will absolutely lead to children's deaths 1/2

Interesting slide from an NHS ai network discussion. Looking into implementing AI into the NHS, staff aren't using it, don't know how to use it, have to spend their time double checking and correcting when they do use it, and there is no guidance around how they should be using it.

We didn't lose the challenge on the basis we should have waited for the Code. Indeed, the Court agreed with us that the interim guidance itself led employers and service providers to act. The case was decided on the High Court's interpretation of the law, and is now authority on what the law is.

Every protest, every advocacy, needs to focus on this power imbalance. There is zero point detailing all the thousands of errors in this current evidence review when that feedback goes to the leaders who intentionally designed the process to distort the outcome.

It is a sign of how fundamentally abused and traumatised trans communities are in the UK that many folks are responding to Levy with relief and cautious welcome. It could have been a lot worse. But it fundamentally fails to deliver meaningful improvements to trans healthcare. 1/4

I wouldn't put too much stock in the Levy Review stating it wants to acheive good results. For istance, it says it is hoping to reduce waiting times, but will the recommendations actually do that? Removing the ability to self-refer won't do that.
