Today we wrote to the UN Independent Expert on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity alongside 16 other LGBTI+ equality & human rights organisations to raise concerns about the human rights of trans people right now in the UK since the Supreme Court judgment & the EHRC’s proposed Code of Practice.

We also produced a human rights analysis report to provide context to the developing situation in the UK and to detail the various human rights that are at risk if the Code of Practice were to become statutory guidance. You can read this report here - www.equality-network.org/wp-content/u...
