I’ll say now, the designs looks fantastic and coming from Brad Bird, I’m not surprised. But at the same time, there’s still the elephant in the room and it could be a scenario where it’s a style over substance film.

I’ll give it that visually it looks better than Skydance’s other films, but my expectations are still VERY low.

While there is the elephant in the room (Skydance), I must say, I dig the designs, especially the humans like Raymond Gunn. They look nothing like the humans from Bird’s Incredibles and Ratatouille, or Skydance’s previous projects. A 2D film would’ve been cool, but I like this.
