Movies aren't content and they shouldn't be treated as digital coupons by a studio that they can wave around to people. They're works of art that deserve to belong in the cinema and also be put on home video collections to be cherished. That's what makes them special.

I just tried Popeye the Sailor Man’s Chicken for the first time. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but it was still pretty good. So my disappointment is not immeasurable and my day is not ruined.

Oh, yeah. Lost in Starlight is now officially dethroned from being my favourite animated film of the year! I do have a few minor criticisms, but still overall a fantastic sequel that certainly proves that Disney can still make great stuff even after their rough few years recently.

Absolutely, and honestly, I don’t think most recent Disney movies would get the hate they got if they were made by someone else. Like I guarantee Elio wouldn’t have gotten the hate it got if it was made by any other studio or if it was a 2D anime film but the film’s still the same. Prove me wrong.

Didn’t we have these stupid controversies years ago with the popular adult cartoons like South Park and Family Guy etc? Age ratings and post watershed timeslots are there for a reason you know.

I'm just sick of clickbait like this, especially with people who think they know what's best for a film studio or filmmaker if they have no experience working in it. Is Pixar perfect? No, but I still think they're making successful films that I and others have liked. It's just gross.

Sad thing is, I’ve seen people say those exact same words but just replace Hillenburg with Walt Disney, Rev W Awdry, Satoru Iwata and some others. If anything people talking like this in their name will make them roll in their graves more than whatever is going on with their franchises right now.

Now that I have seen the POV, I think I have to agree with you. The Easter eggs and details in the waiting area are really fun, but the show itself mostly just seems like a short film just made to promote the sequel. It’s Tough to Be a Bug had educational elements and took advantage of the 3D use. -

Watched "Zootopia" again in preparation for the sequel and one clever detail is Judy immediately profiling Nick just from seeing him walk down the street. He hasn't even done anything yet! It's also sad how the last few years have made this film even more relevant.
