I knew Ryan was bad... ...finding out he really is that much of a monster really is another thing. I dearly regret to this day following him. This is absolutely sad and I support all of his victims.

Also, Sinners being the most nominated film in Oscar history, with 16 nominations. My freaking god. It deserved them all, too.

Paramount's films getting 0 Oscar nominations hasn't been too surprising... ...but if they just didn't remove money money from Roofman's campaign... Another reason why they have been a studio that just grinds my gears.

Paramount cannot just take the hint that WB doesn't even want them. After 8 times, they need to just move on and stop.

Aardman returning to the big screen really is just joy to my ears. Could not have been a better pick for Halloween.

A bullet was dodged. Although it being used as a placeholder before Big Guy was written doesn't surprise me.

If anything, I do wish Croft and Manheim luck. These Disney remakes really aren't going to go away... ...especially with how Mufasa and Lilo and Stitch did. Heck, I also think Moana will do well too.

Marty Supreme was wonderful. Although you have to do a lot to make it fun to follow a pretty terrible person....

With this year coming to an end, all I will say is... ...as bad as 2026 may be, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. For every bad thing there is in this world, there is hope. There always is. The world may be terrible... ...but not everything about it is.

I can also happily report that Chrome Alone was just AWESOME. It really has some incredible animation and action, is very funny, and has some wonderful character interactions. But what really made it work was it's POWERFUL anti AI message. Bring Mutant Mayhem 2 on!

Only a company like Paramount can still be able to change films from theatrical releases to streaming releases in the year 2025. Hearing the recent news about The Legend of Aang was VERY disappointing.

Finding out about how Angel has been handling David and how they have been blaming Disney for it has been doing doesn't surprise me at all. It shows how horrible and scummy of a company they are, and for a company who supposedly supports Christian values, what they do is ABSOLUTELY un Christian.

Zootopia 2 hitting a billion today and many at Disney Animation not being happy about Disney's deal with OpenAI just feels cathartic. The film ending the way it did has only been more and more better. It really was a film made by everyone there in all the best ways.

Another fine example of just how good Antic is at what he does. A video that REALLY delves into so much and how A Charlie Brown Christmas came to be... ...and one that is just as good as the special that it covers. There's a reason why it has stood the test of time for 6 decades...

Today I learned that The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants started life as a streaming spin off film and would have centered on Mr. Krabs. Considering that there were plans for more SpongeBob streaming spin off films after Saving Bikini Bottom and Plankton, this doesn't surprise me.

Getting to see the original 1977 version of Star Wars on the big screen in IMAX would be quite something. This is a massive deal.

No more mergers. Please. Skydance has already done an abysmal job of handling Paramount and I gurantee Netflix's handling of WB will be no better.

VERY happy that what has been going on at Paramount did not affect Mutant Mayhem 2 at all. Even more happy that a third one is also in the works. I have adored this interpretation of the turtles very much, and my hopes for the sequel are high. Hope it doesn't disappoint.

I still love Wolfington and there is that part of me that hopes WildeHopps could still happen. But I also still love that Zootopia 2 made Judy and Nick platonic and really continued to explore more of their relationship and what makes them stick.

Zootopia 2 didn't quite do it. But it still did something WONDERFUL with Judy and Nick.

Amazon is a terrible company and one that has done many shady things. And them removing the AI anime dubs really could not have been a better decision. Calling big companies out does work.

I think it's fine if a film is meant to be a crowd pleaser, but I do think both fans and critics offer valuable feedback. Critics offer a more casual yet critical perspective on if a movie works on it's own merits, while audiences offer a look into if a movie does the source material justice.

Sorry, but I don’t think having any film be "not for the critics" be the best excuse or goal for any film to have. At all. Or let alone have TOO much fan feedback.

All animated films NEED to end with this from now on. Proof that they weren't just the work of 1 or 2 people, but rather, a massively and incredibly talented team.

Genuinely was NOT expecting to see Lou Romano's name at the end of Wake Up, Dead Man. The man is a freaking legend and not only voiced both Bernie and Luigini, but he also worked on so many beloved and highly regarded films and shows. It was also fantastic on the big screen too.
