Chad's original foster mom just told me his litter brother Chewie is going to be needing a new home (he didn't get along with the family's small dog). If you're interested in adopting this 1.5yo flufferbutt of a Great Pyrenees mix, hit me up and I'll put you in contact with the organization!

I Work in Hollywood. Everyone Who Used to Make TV Is Now Secretly Training AI
For screenwriters like me—and job seekers all over—AI gig work is the new waiting tables. In eight months, I’ve done 20 of these soul-crushing contracts for five different platforms. It’s bad.

Convergent evolution is just plain cool. New world & old world vultures both have reduced head feathers, non-waterproof feathers, both specialized for soaring. Some Differences: NWV use projectile vomit as a defense and have no syrinx, while OWV have one but are generally silent and not puky.

Say hello to Zodiac Man. This tradition of illustration was used as a tool — throughout the medieval and renaissance period — to show which astrological sign was linked to which body part. More here in our latest post:
