I'm watching a low budget indie horror movie called Cannibal Mukbang and the main dude is legit freshly out of the "James Duvall in all Araki films" school of acting. He literally looks nothing like him but he's giving all the same facial expressions and it is uncanny

I guess the theme of tonight’s entertainment was: tragic, toxic relationships. Went from three episodes of The Summer Hikaru Died to Cannibal Mukbang.

Day 28: Watched Cannibal Mukbang and it was heavier than the title would suggest, Boy meets Girl, girl hits him with her car and takes him home to heal him, afterwards she feeds him some food so he can take an ibuprofen and some sparks seems to fly cuz she tells him she’s a mukbang streamer and 1/?

10 Cannibal Mukbang (2023, Aimee Kuge): Kinda cute! Fairly predictable story with a quick pace and a satisfying feminist revenge slasher angle and an eye-catching aesthetic. A perfect double feature with Lisa Frankenstein which I would put on right now if I didn’t really need to go to bed.

Left Philadelphia at 8:00 AM for Brooklyn Horror. Arrived back in Philadelphia at 2:00 AM after a wild, wonderful day. Needed this jolt of community more than I’ll care to admit.
