New development re: the temp restraining order meant to rein in federal agents' violence towards press and the public in the Chicago area. Per a court entry filed today, a new hearing in the case has been set for tomorrow morning. Prelim injunction hearing still set for 10/23, per the court.

ICE is already responsible for overloading shelters bc detained/fleeing families have to leave beloved pets behind. ICE will also kill a lot more dogs. I know @weratedogs.com is already bold in taking political stances, but any amplification of this carelessness could further grind down ICE's rep.
