, use extreme caution at Cogswell & Barrington. I discovered this evening while proceeding eastbound on the bidirectional bike lane that the EB green for cars is combined with a right signal SB from Barrington onto Cogswell, putting you in immediate conflict with drivers.

. In 2022 (our first season) our Dartmouth ride had ~12 participants. In 2023 we had 76, and in 2024 we had 90. Yesterday, 130 people rode bikes with us in Dartmouth, in support of our kids safety and independence in their communities. 1/6

every day there is a genuine deluge of content about Halifax drivers causing (or nearly causing) traffic-snarling crashes. the comments are filled with people agreeing that drivers here are unhinged. somehow, traffic manages to get blamed on bike lanes, instead.

Hendsbee just said he had recieved funds from one of the companies in question with dartmouth infilling and then Morse read out that Fillmore recieved the maximum donations of $6000 from two of the people who run one of the companies that (reportedly) wants to infill the Cove last election
