Based on a city report from 2004 and limited to residential revenue (as best I can disentangle it from commercial), here's over/under taxed each section of the city is per housing unit relative to its operating costs. Probably closer to the final version for the video, now.

It's crazy to me that the Spring Garden Road Business folks were like, no, we don't want dedicated transit for ~75,000 daily potential customers. We want people to have easy access to ~2000 parking spots in the area. 78% of us agree that the ~2000 parking spots are better than ~75k customers.

The Province should develop a road safety strategy instead of twinning roads at vast expense. This stretch already has 2+1 lanes, suitable for overtaking slower trucks.
