You could do a couple of things with this information. Assuming you don't have 60 publicly disclosed autistic employees, you can assume the org doesn't feel psychologically safe enough to disclose and start considering ways to change this from a grassroots level.

Don't stop this momentum. Keep going, even in your small ways of resistance. See how much you can stretch that effort and if there's anything more you can do because this affects ALL of us and we all need to take a role. Not everyone is a fighter. Some are organizers. Some make signs. Some donate.

My job is to do a kind of audit for other departments in my company. The one thing that is consistent across all departments is that we cannot trust people to properly report on themselves nor maintain data accuracy. Those two reasons are why I even have a job. Don't trust ICE about ICE.

It costs the average taxpayer $34 a year to fund SNAP. It costs nearly $200 a day to detain an immigrant in an ICE camp. Your tax dollars are paying to detain people without due process instead of providing healthcare, food & housing. Let that radicalize you.
