Iām told Labour MPs have been told by whips to *abstain* in the vote on Nigel Farageās ten-min rule bill on leaving the ECHR, which has left some furious. Whipsā arguments seems to be to just ignore it. Labour MPs worry it leaves Lib Dems/Greens looking like only they care on this.
