hello and welcome to the political genius exam. here is question one. which is a more compelling message: - the president is sending armies to occupy cities and kidnap and kill people and your town could be next - a meal at the cheesecake factory that previously cost $100 now costs $104.9

US Olympic Curling Team member speaks out against ICE: "I'm proud to represent Team USA. But we'd be remiss if we didn't mention what's going on in Minnesota and what a tough time it's been. What's happening is wrong. There's no shades of gray."

im imagining a kind of awards show for people who need to fuck off forever, not so much for like the sex pests and convicted criminals but just for people we're all tired of. and getting one of these awards is humiliating enough that they go away of their own volition for good

Abolish ICE is not enough. Stern words for Greg Bovino or Kristi Noem is not enough. We need prosecutions and trials. Anything short of this position fails to address the gravity of this moment.

Voting NO on the DHS funding bill is the bare minimum. Backing Kristi Noem’s impeachment is the bare minimum. Holding law-breaking ICE agents legally accountable is the bare minimum. ICE is beyond reform. Abolish it.

Republicans cut your healthcare to pay for a federal invasion of Minneapolis. ICE isn’t making us safer — it’s terrorizing our communities.

They hate Minnesota because we are a people who believe that "we all do better when we all do better." Minnesota is one of the wealthiest, safest, and cleanest states in the country *because* of our openness and generosity. Our quality of life is a direct challenge to their zero-sum worldview.

How Hard Is It To Oppose Murder? | Defector

not trying to pick on this guy. this just reminded me that the federal government does not provide coffee to workers. to drink coffee at a federal office you generally have to pay into a "coffee club" that is managed by a staffer who volunteers to collect money and purchase a monthly coffee supply.
