If my household spends a dollar, it's gone. I go to work to earn more. If the gov't spends a dollar, it comes back as tax. It's earned and spent repeatedly, taxed each time. Gov't spends more, tax take goes up. Spend it well and you get growth. But CEO Luxon cannot grasp this. #nzpol
