It seems to me that world leaders should be comfortsble their response to US actions in Venezuela would be the same when Trump's next target is hit - Greenland, Canada, Mexico, Cuba etc. Thier words, in effect, are not about Maduro, they're about legitimising an aggressor's power to act, or not.
