I can't even begin to explain what a chaotic nightmare it was to run a mutual aid fund for sex workers in April 2018. The fallout from BP closing/FOSTA passing was so instant and devastating. So many people with no way to pay for their meds, their food, their room for the night. So much harm done.

Today is Sex Worker's Rights Day. Sex worker rights are human rights not just because we're humans just like you, but also any rights taken from us will be taken from you too. Surveillance, police violence, debanking, censorship, we faced all of those for years before it turned on everyone else.

Y'all have really got to let go of the concept of IQ tests. They are racist and ableist and not a good way to measure intelligence, which I would argue is immeasurable. I get so sick of people touting IQ scores to try and prove a point.

A couple years ago, I followed an independent alt acct worker that joined a ranch. Despite charging way more, she was LOSING money staying with them. She left in the middle of the night and I had helped her with an Uber to get out of there. Unionize or not, these ranches are exploitative.

The thing that’s wild about antis arguing that we’re all one step away from being trafficked (or that we’re trafficking ourselves, etc) is that the way to make that not the case is for us to have rights? Like what is not connecting for them?
