I had a visceral childhood memory of fish sticks being white and flaky inside and made from strips of cod. Very different from the minced fish and filler products now sold. Then I doubted myself. So I looked it up, and, yeah, that used to be how they were made. The enshittification of food is real.

I worked with Médecins Sans FrontiÚres (Doctors Without Borders) in multiple countries to bring medical care to refugees and other populations at risk. There are a 100% committed, professional, non-political organization. Netanyahu banning them from Gaza is an unspeakable outrage. People will die.

The IOF murdered 7 Palestinians in Gaza yesterday sheltering at a school and celebrating a wedding. No widespread outrage. Each of those lives and the over 100 thousand Palestinian lives murdered is a universe. If you are more outraged by the deaths of others then your moral sense is nothing.
