Oh no, I’ve fallen down the local LLM rabbit hole. LM Studio is pretty neat, so is opencode, and some of the available models are shockingly capable on my desktop (which is far from optimal for this sort of thing). Gemma 4 26B in particular runs surprisingly fast and so far seems “decent enough”
