I hoard & binge Heavyweight episodes for those moments where life feels heavier. Sitting down to listen to an episode forces me to slow down & reminds me people can be spectacular in so many different ways. Everyone is interesting if you ask the right questions. And it usually makes me ugly cry

I haven't felt this way about a podcast episode in years. Trauma explored without melodrama, and the adults those children became trying to move past it. And yet, it's hopeful and beautiful.
