Tonight’s cookery book is an old and unusual one. Dali’s les Diners de Gala. At 6 years old, Salvador Dali wanted to become a chef. This book from 1973 illustrates Dali’s love for banquets and his surreal artistic style. I’ve had the book for years and haven’t made anything from it……yet. 🍽️
