Tengai Makyou Ziria in particular is probably one of the most important RPGs that basically got lost to a combination of time and lack of western exposure. If the sequel ever got a fan translation, that'd be a real miracle there.

An English fan translation of "Emerald Dragon" for PC Engine CD has been released by "Stargood Translations": stargood.org/trans/emdr.php

Beyond the fan translations, we recently got ALL of the Cosmic Fantasy games and now the two Tenshi no Uta titles. There's going to be a re-release of the Ys PCE CD games so maybe we'll finally get Dawn of Ys officially in English too

Seeing all these PC-Engine CD games get fan translated recently is really cool to see. It's kind of crazy to think that a large majority of all the English patches available for the system have only been released in the past few years.
